Our coaches will help you with the quarter life crisis and with career counselling. In order to do this well, you need a good background. That's why we make high demands on our coaches. We require an accredited training course of at least one year in the field of career guidance and we only work with Recognised and/or Certified Coaches who are affiliated with the national professional association LVSC. Our coaches also know the quarter life crisis from the inside out and have a lot of experience with people in their twenties or thirties.
Our coaches meet at least the following qualifications:
- At least 15 years of work experience
- Completed academic education
- Completed higher professional education in the field of career counselling and our method of Appreciative Inquiry.
- At least five years of experience as a (career) coach
