Coach: Pepijn Happel

Until a few years ago, I worked as regional director of a large bank: great job, fine colleagues and not a minute's rest. I did what I was good at: building teams, helping team members with their personal development, and doing good things together. Then I realized that I had completely ignored me. I suddenly saw very clearly that I had gradually lost myself, my values and the fun in that big company. For a long time, I had been surviving more than I had been living. Call it functioning rather than flourishing.

Since 2015, I have been helping people and teams - as a flourisher and a coach - to perform excellently, to be happy and significant.

My coaching approach is appreciative, practical, open, with humour, critical in a healthy way, and activating from the perspective of a clear structure. I enjoy working with young professionals and understand the insecurity and craziness of a quarter life crisis from my own experience.
