What is quarter life crisis?
When you're in your late twenties or early thirties, there's a good chance that your life will change at a rapid pace. You're probably thinking about where you want to live and if you want to buy a house. Are you moving in together? And how do you handle work-life balance? It's also a time when many people have relationship doubts and wonder if their partner is the right person to share the rest of their life with. It is also a period that determines your career: is the job you have really what you want, or do you take the risk of starting your own business? And when you've been in a relationship for a while, the issue of having children undoubtedly comes up. In addition, you want to have fun and seize all opportunities, but will you still be able to do so later on in life?
All these questions can cause a lot of doubt and stress. In these times of social media, it also seems as if everyone knows exactly what they want, except you. Luckily, you're not the only one experiencing choice overload. There is even a name for this phenomenon: quarter life crisis.
