Coaching with Manou felt right from the initial consultation. Our sessions were safe, supportive yet confrontational where needed. I feel like I worked the hardest. Without feeling like I was doing it alone. I experienced it as empowering and learned to stay present and listen to myself more. A certain awareness was created that needed to be rediscovered.
The sessions with Manou are more practical than I had thought beforehand.
Manou helps me figure out what I want in my career, and the difference between that and doing what I think is expected of me.
I learned to think about what I want first and then look at the possibilities. That works better.
I think I already knew a lot about myself, but some unpleasant projects made me doubt myself and I felt insecure about certain things. Manou asked me questions and had me do exercises that helped me increase my self-confidence.
I was able to map out my private and personal goals for the coming years.
